國家地理雜誌傳奇攝影師 Steve McCurry：那些相片背後的故事

對紀實攝影有興趣的讀者們，相信都會對 Steve McCurry 有一定的認識。

Steve McCurry 能夠聞名攝影世界，不只是因為一張「阿富汗少女」。在他數十年的拍攝生涯中，亦不乏其他出色的相片。

作為記者，他們親身進入想要報導的故事中捕捉各種畫面，然而他們所拍下的珍貴相片在經過重重的篩選之後，往往只有很少部份能進入觀眾的眼球。最近 Steve McCurry 則出版了一本新書，名為 ” Steve McCurry Untold: The Stories Behind the Photographs “。

新書內容分為 14 個專題，亦是 14 幅 Steve McCurry 30 年攝影生涯的出色作品。但當中最珍貴的，是對這 14 幅出色相片背後故事的文字和相片描述。

看著網上照片，最令筆者感受至深的，是見證 Steve McCurry 由年青力壯漸漸變得滿頭白髮  (除了頭頂…)，郤一直堅持著他的攝影旅程，為紀實攝影世界留下無數出色作品。

這位碧眼少女感動過無數人，然而這幅為人讚嘆的相片郤是在少女剛經歷家園被炸毀、雙親被炸死的慘劇後拍攝。出色的紀實相片為我們留下視覺上感覺上很深刻的印象，然而當中最為人感受至深的地方，卻是相片背後的故事。
